The JFC development at Weir Road, Tuam is a commercial project circa 8.500 m2 in area.  The project invloved piled foundations, steel frame and Kingspan cladding,  The project also included significant site works such as the remediation of the exisitng site to allow for the installation of new concrete yard areas and carparking.

The Westferry Hotel in London E14 is a large-scale mixed use development comprising of 400 No. bedroom hotel and 55 No. apartments over 29 floors.  Construction type comprised of piled foundations, insitu concrete frame and composite precast panels and curtain walling.

The Raheen Road residential development in Athenry consisted of 13 No. Housing units including 1 No. detached units, 3 No. Semi-detached blocks and 2 No. Terrace blocks.  The project had a total of circa 16,250 m2.

Harbour Meadows a residential development in Mullingar comprising of 95 No. units with a mix of semi detached and duplex units.  The project also involved significant abnormal works including some major service diversions and the installation of a box culvert to two Number water course on the site.

Captains Place is a residential development made up of 1 No. 4 storey block containing 13 No. 1 Bedroom apartments and a common room.  The project is over circa 11,000 sqft.
